About me

We've worked in the automotive industry for 8 years — starting in classic mechanics, moving through auto-electrics, and finally into diagnostics, which became our specialty. In that time cars of many brands have passed through our hands, from popular makes to the premium segment.

In diagnostics, the most expensive mistake is guessing. We've seen too many cars with half an engine replaced before anyone checked a single ground wire. That's why we work methodically: symptoms, data, hypotheses, measurements, verification — in that order.

Remote diagnostic support is the natural extension of that work. The shop on site has the hands, the tools and the car. We add experience, a systematic process and a fresh pair of eyes. Together we reach the cause faster and cheaper than either of us would alone.
