How it works
The whole process is designed so you always know where you stand — from the first click to the final report.
- 1
Submission
You fill in the form: vehicle data, symptoms, fault codes, tests and measurements done so far. You attach photos, recordings and diagnostic files. You receive a case number (e.g. DIAG-2026-0001) and an e-mail confirmation.
- 2
Free triage
I review the submission and assess whether the case is suitable for remote diagnostics. If it is — I recommend the service that best fits the problem. The decision is always yours.
- 3
Scope, timeline, price
You receive a concrete proposal: what I will do, in what timeframe, and for how much. No hidden costs — the price is known before work starts.
- 4
Payment
Once you accept the terms you receive a payment request. Active analysis starts after the payment is confirmed.
- 5
Analysis and hypotheses
I build hypotheses and prepare a test and measurement plan — described precisely, to be carried out in your workshop with the tools you have.
- 6
Iterating to the cause
You run the measurements, send back the results, I analyse them and narrow the search area. We repeat the cycle until the cause is found or remote diagnostics is exhausted.
- 7
Resolution and report
You receive the most probable cause of the fault with justification and repair recommendations. The case is archived — you can return to it within 30 days of closure.
What you need on your side
- — access to the vehicle and the ability to run simple tests,
- — a diagnostic interface (any tool you use to read codes and live data),
- — a multimeter; an oscilloscope helps but is not always necessary,
- — a phone for photos and recordings of the symptoms.
