A one-time analysis of the submitted data (fault codes, live parameters, measurements, recordings) plus a diagnostic plan. The service ends once the response is delivered.

— Price and scope are agreed before work starts — no surprises.
— Active analysis begins after payment is confirmed.
— A one-off consultation can be upgraded mid-case to the guided process.
— A closed case can be reopened within 30 days without a new submission.
